I work very hard to get your purchases packed and shipped in a timely fashion. Due to the printing process it can take up to 2 weeks to recieve your order depending on your location. If you have not received your order in a timely manner, please send an email through the contact form asking for the order status before submitting a claim through PayPal. Thank you for your patience, as I do my best to ensure the quality delivery of your product(s).
