Born in North Carolina, NC A&T SU graduate, with a BA in Visual Art & Graphic Design, meet Renate Dubose.

I was born with 2 "birthmark" hearts on my left leg and destined to spread love in some type of way. With my God given talent, I feel the need to "Change Hearts with Art." The brand "STOP TO LOVE" is a lifestyle we should all follow! Join the movement! Stop hate, judgement, racism, discrimination, violence, inequality, homophobia, and much more. In my opinion, the world needs to spread more love, compassion, and respect for others.

Growing up, I have always been drawn into creating art. As a kid, I watched Bob Ross on PBS every weekend and attempted to imitate his landscapes. I have been inspired by many other artist such as, Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Frida Kahlo, and Andy Warhol. The creative itch to always create art and spread love, landed me where I am today. I have created my own style using different mediums to make mixed media art and custom apparel.

I use exuberant bright colors and bold black outlines, emotionally filled hearts, and various textures to create my artwork. My creations uplift, inspire, and bring smiles to the faces of people worldwide. It is my hope that my work expresses a whimsical wanderlust of emotions and love that elevate the soul and celebrate life, speaking to people of all ages and cultures.
